Improve your posture, balance and build muscle. Increase your metabolism and reduce fat. Be strong, look great and best of all feel great. New to working out? Work at your own pace, this class is beginner friendly...Modifications are available.
All you need is a mat, water, a pair of 3 to 5lb dumbbells. You may use heavier weights if you are experienced. We'll work together to make you the strong, fit person you want to be.
