This class will teach athletes proper runnning mechanics through change of direction drills, acceleration and deceleration drills,and flexibility. Class is taught by Jason Davidson, who has a MS Exercise Science, 20 years experience as a strength coach and personal trainer. He has worked with athletes from all sports, all ages, high school, college and professional level. Certified by USA weightlifting, National Academy of speed and explosion and National Strength and Conditioning Association. Please wear propper running shoes and bring water.
