This 45-minute, low-impact conditioning workout will develop your strength, flexibility, and balance. It is designed for anyone, any body. Pilates is a system of stretching and body-weight strengthening exercises intended to provide toned muscles, improved posture, increased flexibility, and a more balanced shape. This class will keep you engaged, progressing toward your goals, and create a greater mind-body balance. It is the perfect addition to strength training and cardio classes.
